Senior Product Designer designing enterprise and SaaS products. I spend most of my time untangling complex workflows and making trade-offs between usability, constraints, what will actually work long-term across teams and systems.
I design scalable design systems, components that bring consistency and clarity cross complex edge cases helping teams scale design decisions across features.
I engage with users, stakeholders, and data to understand how products are actually used. Validating assumptions, uncovering gaps, and informing decisions throughout the design process.
I collaborate early and often, aligning stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and ensuring design plays a role in shaping decisions, not just delivering outputs.
Before designing anything, I look at where the system is failing in real usage—handoffs, edge cases, workarounds, and dependencies. Most problems aren’t in the main flow, they show up in the gaps.
I speak with users, ops teams, and stakeholders—but I pay closer attention to what they do than what they say. Real workflows, shortcuts, and friction points usually tell a different story.
I design beyond happy paths—focusing on states, edge cases, and system behavior. Accessibility is part of this thinking, not an afterthought—ensuring products are usable across different contexts, abilities, and constraints.
Everything I create is subject to change and experimentation. Not everything will work, but it's worth trying - and learning from what doesn't.
